The Tams, The Drifters, The Embers, The Entertainers, Chairman of the Board, Billy Ward, Fantastic Shakers, The Coastline Band…So many great shag bands.  With the Shag Dance being the State Dance of South Carolina (SC), this is one of our favorite types of events to play. 

Whether you’re looking for a backyard gathering with friends or throwing a beach party for your anniversary, Coastal Carolina Music can have you shaggin’ the night away with your friends and family.  Many of our DJs specialize in beach and shag music.  They are either former or current competitive shag dancers.  Not only can they host your shag event, we can also arrange to have lessons taught to your friends or guest.
