Myrtle Beach Wedding DJ

From oceanfront resort ballrooms to barefoot beach ceremonies and North Myrtle Beach shag nights — a Grand Strand DJ who has been playing Carolina beach music since 1995.

The Grand Strand

Beach Music Is Our Home Turf

The shag is South Carolina's official state dance, and the Grand Strand is where it lives. When your Myrtle Beach guests hear the first notes of a beach music classic, they expect the DJ to know exactly what comes next. We do — and we know how to carry that same floor straight into Motown, country and today's hits without losing a single dancer.

Oceanfront resorts, golf clubhouses, beach houses and the sand itself: we've set up in every kind of coastal space, and we plan for the wind, the salt air and the sunset timing so you don't have to think about it.

  • Wind- and sand-ready setups for beach ceremonies and oceanfront decks
  • Battery or generator power options where outlets don't exist
  • Wireless lapel and handheld mics so vows carry over the surf
  • Smooth coordination with resort event teams and load-in rules
  • Full shag sets on request — the right songs at the right tempo
  • Complete backup system on site at every event

A Shag Set Done Right

Shaggers know the difference between a DJ who owns beach music and one who downloaded a playlist. We've been spinning The Embers, The Tams and Chairmen of the Board since long before streaming, and we know which smooth-tempo favorites fill a floor in ten seconds flat.

Then we take it further — big band for the grandparents, country line dances, Top 40 for the college crowd and live remixes blended on the Pioneer DDJ-FLX10. Every generation gets its song. Nobody sits down.

Grand Strand Questions

Frequently Asked

Can you DJ a wedding ceremony right on the beach?

Yes. We bring weather protection and battery power where needed, and we'll advise you honestly about wind and sound. Beach rules vary by town and by resort, so we'll help you confirm what your location allows well before the big day.

Do you travel to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach?

Absolutely — the Grand Strand is one of our favorite places to play. Any travel charge is quoted clearly up front, so your price is firm before you sign.

Can you play a full shag set for our guests?

Gladly. Beach and shag music is the heart of what we do. Tell us how much your crowd loves to shag and we'll build the night around it.

Do you work with resort and hotel event coordinators?

Every time. We coordinate load-in, setup times, power and timelines directly with your venue team so everything runs smoothly.

How far ahead should we book a Myrtle Beach wedding?

Peak Saturdays from April through October are often claimed nine to eighteen months out. Off-peak and weekday dates are usually available with far less notice.

Planning a Grand Strand Celebration?

Tell us your date, your venue and your vibe. We'll tell you honestly what you need — and hold your date while you decide.
